Remember, if you are an administrator of a condo building, a facility intended for public use, or an installation that is subject to the Building Act, you are required by law to use a licensed contractor. We get our license not just to protect you, but to protect the people that will be using your facilities. If a price seems too cheap, there is usually a reason.
